Fund Raising for Flood Relief

We now have floods in 5 States with significant damage and dislocations. I am pleased to report that the Bridge Family has responded magnificently. I know you will look at what can be done to raise more urgently needed funds.

Any club or State Association running a "Fund Raising" event may run that event as a Red point event (B4c). There will be no charge for masterpoints for such an event. However for administrative reasons I ask clubs to submit the returns for the event to their State Master Point Secretary.

The proceeds should be sent to any Fund being conducted in any of the 5 States. All monies will be gratefully received.

It is important not only from a financial need but to reinforce our support for our fellow Australians in their hour of disaster.
