DICK CUMMINGS OPEN PAIRS

This event drew a field of 99 pairs.

Second were: Adam EDGTTON - Maxim HENBEST

This event is sponsored by Paul Lavings Bridge Books and Supplies who donated book vouchers to both pairs.  Paul presented the prizes. 

TED CHADWICK RESTRICTED PAIRS

22 pairs contested the Ted Chadwick Restricted Pairs.  Marilyn Chadwick presented the prizes.  The winners and runners up were recipients of free entry to the Tasmanian Festival of Bridge next year.  The third placegetters received vouchers from Paul Lavings Bridge Books and Supplies.

The winners were: Clive KLUGMAN - Fran MARTIN

Mary SMITH - Joanne EVANS were second, with Hamid SADIGH - Siamak PARSANEJAD third

NOVICE PAIRS

24 pairs took part in the Spring National Novice Pairs title which was for those players with fewer than 100 masterpoints. The Central Coast Bridge Club donated the new Trophy for this event.  John McCaffrey from the CCBC presented the prizes.

The winners were: Greta DAVIS - Gayle KING, with Denise MERRIN - Sheena POLLOCK second and  Andrew CHEN - Ray YEUNG third.

All three pairs were awarded vouchers redeemable at Paul Lavings Bridge Books and Supplies, and first and second also received 12 month subscriptions to Australian Bridge -  Novice Edition.
