Bobby Evans Seniors' Teams - Linda Stern Women's Teams - Format, updated

Currently there are 19 teams entered in the Seniors’ Teams and 13 in the Women’s Teams. In order to accommodate this number of entries, the two fields will be combined into a single Swiss movement. As far as possible, in Rounds 1, 7, 8 and 9, teams will be drawn to play against another team from their own field (ie. Seniors’ play Seniors’, Women’s play Women’s). In the other rounds, teams will be drawn according to the Swiss principle across the entire movement, possibly playing teams from the other event. If there are further entries for either event, an alternative format may be implemented.
