Comments:
In real life, my partner made the pretty ambitious bid of 5S over 5C.
It is a more interesting problem if South passes and partner contributes
a double to the proceedings...whatever that means...
And David's Response:
Hi Sartaj,
I don't like 5S at all as there is no expectation of making it!
If partner doubles 5C after bidding 3S I guess I'll stick it and hope
we can beat it one.
I reckon that the double of 5C does not show club cards, but a hand such
as:
All the best,
David Beauchamp
