Comments: Playing pairs with four card suit openings. And
David's Response: Hi Ken, Looks as though our redouble has made describing
this hand very difficult. I like to play a response of 2C after a double as natural
and forcing (this style is not mainstream in Australian bridge circles). Many
players redouble as a matter of course when holding 10 plus points but in my view
the redouble is best used to describe a hand with shortage in partner' suit, say
a 4144 shape. Given our choice of actions 3H looks best here. Partner will
know we only have 3 hearts. Best Wishes,

Ken Reports: Four hearts fails on the hand due to a bad
heart break. 3NT is lucky and will make as both club honours are on side. What
