The double was negative. What is my best action now?

so that a spade game was in the offing.
And David's Response:
Hi Keith,
I guess every cloud has a silver lining. I doubt that 2H will be our best
spot so you can proceed by bidding 2S or 3D. 2S would seem to have the
greater upside in case partner has 3 spades. Holding the South hand, it
will be tempting to pass 2S as the heart queen looks of dubious value
and the club king is unprotected.
