How would you suggest that we bid this hand?

Hi John,
This is a tough hand. I like to play that a bid of 4D over 3C shows 5
plus diamonds and a 5 plus major with at least invitational values!
This would make the auction easier as partner will immediately realise
the hands fit well.
Given that most partnerships don't have such an agreement the 3D bid is
fine but partner should raise diamonds. The overcall is highly constructive
after a preemptive bid, particularly opposite a passed partner. I expect
we will only get to game as it will now be hard to locate the magic heart
fit.
