3 Open declarers in 3NT received a spade lead and made it. Should they?

East wins SQ and counts defensive tricks. 3 spades and DA. A low diamond at trick 2 is a good shot, partner may have DQ. A heart switch is a better chance - declarer may have shown long diamonds - succeeding whenever partner has HQ.
