Is Finn the youngest National Titleholder?

Finn Rennie is a member of the Victorian Youth Team which won the 2014 Interstate Youth Teams.  Finn is just 11.  Prior to the event Finn had earned 9 Masterpoints.  Last week he quadrupled his tally!  Bridge is alive and well with the younger generation.
