The winners of the Steve Hurley Trophy for the highest score in the 2004 ANC Open Teams datums were Robert Fruewirth and Bill Jacobs Photos Butler | Pairs | Teams | Dinner ANC Teams Finals (in Word format)(28/10/04) Open ACT vs Vic 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 Vugraph files (9/8/04) Comprehensive online vugraph coverage of the 2004 Australian Interstate Teams will be undertaken through Bridgebase Online from Monday 2 August 2004 to Saturday 7 August 2004. Software necessary to view the coverage can be downloaded for free from www.bridgebase.com There will be single-table coverage of round-robin matches 3, 6 & 9 of the Open Interstate Teams on each of the first three evenings (Monday 2 August 2004 – Wednesday 4 August 2004). For the last three round-robin matches (12, 13 & 14) starting on the evening of Thursday 5 August 2004, coverage of two separate matches will be undertaken as the leading four teams from the first round-robin fight it out for the two spots in the final. For the finals, which commence on the evening of Friday 6 August 2004 and conclude on Saturday 7 August 2004, full coverage will be undertaken of the six-segment (60-board) Open Final. For the Seniors, Women and Youth, each of those finals will have one segment on vugraph during the first three segments, after which the most interesting match will be shown in each of the last three segments. A live (and free) auditorium vugraph presentation will be undertaken at the Dallas Brookes Centre for the last 40 boards commencing at 10:00 am on Saturday 7 August 2004. The venue for the ANC is the Dallas Brooks Convention and Function Centre, 300 Albert Street, East Melbourne. It is close to the city, within walking distance to many hotels, serviced apartments and eateries. Public transport is readily available.
