Payment of Summer Festival entry fees

Unpaid entry fees to all existing entries are now due. Can players please make payment as soon as possible but no later than midnight Tuesday 10 Jan for events starting Wed 11 or Thu 12 Jan. For events starting on Sat 14 Jan or Mon 16 Jan, payment should be made no later than midnight Thursday 12 January. Any new entries submitted for any event must now be accompanied by full payment by either credit card or bank transfer. We are not expecting cash payments at the event. No event is walk-in - pre- entry is required in all cases. Please contact Roy Nixon on 0423043220 if you need help making payment.

For operational reasons (we cannot spread a pairs field over two floors) we are closing the Penline 500 Swiss Pairs Championship and the Novice Swiss Pairs Championship fields at 62 pairs and 30 pairs as of now (6 January). Any new entries will go on a waiting list which will be displayed separately on the website. Pairs will be advised if they get into their respective field. Please note that the TBIB Open Swiss Pairs Championship field is still OPEN but there is a table limit of 228 pairs - currently there are 204 pairs entered.

BUT there is still plenty of room in the premier teams event the SOUTH WEST PACIFIC TEAMS where three teams containing world class players are competing:

The Grand Finalists in the 2016 National Open Teams, Lavazza and Milner, will be competing again in 2017.
