The venue is within walking distance of the Chinatown district of Kuala Lumpur with multiple dining options. The main entertainment and shopping areas are a few stops away on monorail, which also connects with the airport express. Accommodation is available at the adjoining Olympic Sports Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, and rates range from approx USD50 - USD55 per night for double/twin-share. There are also choices of alternative hotels nearby for those with different budgets.
A Delegates' Meeting will be held on 14 June 2011 evening.
