GRAND HOTEL
This is a very pleasant, quiet and relaxing restaurant with excellent
service and exceptionally good food. The menu is mainly seafood and steak, all
cooked to perfection and served by knowledgeable and attentive waiters Mains average
around $23 but with the 25% discount offered to bridge players it makes the price
very reasonable and good value for the quality of food and service. The seafood
platter, see picture, costs $39.95 per person for 2 people and $34.95 per person
for four. Again with the discount this would be a treat to any seafood lover.
We would recommend this restaurant.
POMPEI'S GELATERIA & PIZZERIA

Just a short walk from the beach you will find this
delightful gelataria and pizzeria. There are 20 varieties of pizzas from which
to choose. Unless you are very hungry, share one with a friend. Pasta and salad
special are available as for those who are not fond of pizzas.
The gelataria
section of the restaurant has to be seen to be believed. The fresh home-made ice
are absolutely delicious and look so tempting Just a wafer cone of tiramisu or
caramel and cream or lemon sorbet are so tempting after a hard bridge match. Try
some and you won't be disappointed.
